Christmas v2.0 and v3.0

On December 30th we had our Christmas with our extended families. 1st with Amy's family then with mine. It was a good day, but the boys were most defiantly done by the end of the day Click Images to enlarge

Our Family Chrismas

Christmas day we spent our time together as a family. How ever Christmas stared for us at 12:30 am, with both boys getting out of bed to open their stockings. I however had to chase them back in to bed being way too early for them to be up. So I got to spend the rest of the night sleeping on the couch so I could keep them in bed. I finally gave up keeping them in bed at 6 am, and woke up Amy so we could open gifts. Both boys got what they wanted, which were Lagos and Transformers, we also got them pianos and book as well. Amy got me a new coat and I got her the 1st and 2nd seasons of ALF. Rodney was complaining of being to cold all morning and when we got him a blanket we saw how hot he was. He of course had a fever, and we gave him some children’s Tylenol. And the day was then spent watching Alf and A Christmas Story all day, because that was all he could do.

Christmas Play at Interfaith

The boys and the other kids form Interfaith Center for Spiritual Growth in Ann Arbor, put on a Christmas play for us this past Sunday. They song Christmas songs and got everyone to join in. As our titration the kids got a visit from Santa Rod, one of the members of our community named Rod plays him every year. This year Rod got a real Santa suit rather than one made out of paper. Making Cookies fo Santa

Two days before Christmas we made cookies for Santa, our neighbors and church. The boys over decorated some of their cookies, we had much fun doing it.

5 Years of Santa, Rodney and David

Resonantly I was going through all our old photo albums and found these photos of the boy’s with Santa. It is so interesting to see how much they have grown. Also this is the same Santa for every year.

2004-Both boys are 4 years old this is Daivd's 1st Christmas with us

This year, both boys are 6

David's Christmas Sing-a-Long

On this past Tuesday David had his Kindergarten sing-a-long at school. He did very well and was happy to be the center of attention. After the concert we had a very special guest, Santa! Both boys were very happy to see him, and wonted to see him first rather than get cookies and milk.

David's 6th Birthday

Today is David’s 6th birthday, but yesterday was his party. We had over family and friends, had pizza and cake. David got a Spiderman, a Spiderman costume, a lot of Star Wars toys (he was very excited of them, and made me proud) he got Lagos and from us he got a easel that I got form IKEA. He had a very good day.
